Shipping and Returns policy

Shipping

  • Products are shipped within 2-4 Days by our selected parcel service providers.
  • Under free shipping/flat shipping rate the courier service provider are selected based on feasibility and other factor to a given shipping address. 
  • Free shipping on bulk purchase (if offer available) is applicable when purchased in single order to a single shipping address. 
  • Once your order is shipped we will forward you the tracking details. If you are facing any issue regarding order tracking or delivery,  Please  inform us as soon as you can/same day (while the shipping is in the process) to take immediate action and resolve the issue.

Packing:

  • Keeping in mind that the product should reach to you safely without any damage. We take proper care of packing. Each parcel is packed in  2-3 layers. Chances of damage is rare.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nicksgardens.com and send your item to: the specified address mentioned in return mail from us.
  • We will dispatch the exchanged product, once we received and verify the returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Cancellation.

  • You can cancel an order before its booked for shipping ( please mail us to know the shipping status).
  • Cancellation (if a cancellation is applicable/approved ) the charges of payment gateway (0-3% depends on payment gateway used .i.e. UPI, credit card, debit card etc) will be deducted from refund (we will inform you the charges involved).
  • Payment gateway charges 0-3% based on payment gateway and mode of payment (credit card, debit card etc). 
  • Please use UPI payment. Since there’s no payment gateway charge for UPI payments.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to none availability of shipping service, product or other factor. In such cases we will inform you prior to canceling the order(s) and refund processing. In such cases you get a full refund.

 

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused,unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers.
  • Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period (10  days from the shipping invoice date).
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase order-id, invoice number.
  • Please do not send your purchase back before confirmation from us.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Discounted (coupons/free shipping) or on sale items are not refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • (if a refund is applicable )We do not keep your credit card information on file, and will call/mail you to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue a credit.
  • At our discretion, we may issue a check to reimburse you instead. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address mentioned in e-mail from us. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• A Return Authorization may be requested up to 7 days from the shipping invoice date.
• To secure the appropriate return authorization information contact us via email at

• Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
• It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
• If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been

company check to reimburse you instead.
